A few years ago, looking for ways to improve my business, I bought online a book called 'What Customers Like about You' by Dr David Freemantle. It was one of the best books on marketing I've ever read. More recently I read another of his books and followed the web address www.superboss.co.uk from the back cover. I was surprised to find the website abandoned, with no content. I thought Dr Feemantle's ideas were worth spreading and decided to buy this this domain to promote his books.
In the future I plan to create a database of literature worth reading for people working in business, managers, marketing and customer service professionals who want to develop their professional skills and knowledge.
