A few years ago, looking for ways to improve my business, I bought online a book called 'What Customers Like about You' by Dr David Freemantle. It was one of the best books on marketing I've ever read. More recently I read another of his books and followed the web address from the back cover. I was surprised to find the website abandoned, with no content. I thought Dr Feemantle's ideas were worth spreading and decided to buy this this domain to promote his books.

In the future I plan to create a database of literature worth reading for people working in business, managers, marketing and customer service professionals who want to develop their professional skills and knowledge. About Dr David Freementle (1942 - 2010)

Dr David John Freementle was born in 1942 in Southampton, UK. He gained a degree in chemistry from City University in London, which was followed by a PhD at London University, also in chemistry. 

In 1968 he started a career with Mars Ltd in Slough, UK, as a production manager. For over 15 years he continued a successful career working for International Computers Ltd, Perkins Engineers and British Caledonian Airways. 

In 1984 Dr Freementle started his own consultancy called Superboss Ltd. In 1985 his fist book, Superboss was published. For over 25 years Dr Freementle travelled the world presenting seminars on customer service, motivation and team leadership. Below are some of his books:
