My Purpose
Running a business is an exciting adventure for me. I’ve started the journey of writing the business blog to share the knowledge and explore deeper. When writing articles about superboss management, leadership, and other business-related topics, most of the time I’m scratching my own itch. I want to share my entrepreneurial journey with other leaders and business owners. It can be lonely and tough. I know how it feels. Running small companies for nearly twenty years, I had to face different challenges of start up and business scale up, from operating in a survival mode to the joys of freedom and fulfillment. I’ve got a lot to share and still plenty to learn.
I enjoy a good hike and nature, hence the image theme throughout the site.
